Our company specializes in providing furniture and fittings solutions for events of all sizes, particularly trade shows and professional events. Our human resources

A team of passionate experts

The people involved in staging your event vary according to the stage and complexity of the project. All experts in their field, they put their know-how, rigor and professionalism at your service.

 

  • Sales department: our project managers listen to your needs and help you define your order, proposing the best solutions for each type of event. A true conductor, they coordinate your project from briefing to installation and dismantling: they're your key contact.
  • Customer department: coordinates all furniture orders, from data entry to invoicing. The team is in direct contact with exhibitors to ensure that their needs are properly taken care of.
  • On-site department: planners, site managers and field staff all play their part in ensuring that assembly and dismantling methods are respected, and that implementation deadlines are met. They play a role in the quality of each service and delivery.
  • Storage department: ensures the smooth coordination of product flows within the warehouse (restocking, storage, loading), guaranteeing availability, condition and packaging.

GL events Mobilier has the efficient logistical resources to guarantee the deployment of your events, whether local, national or international.

A stock of assets

We have a vast stock of event furniture, regularly renewed to meet the latest trends and safety standards. Thanks to our extensive range of products, we are able to furnish high-volume events, such as trade shows with endowments or international gatherings.

Logistics centers

Several warehouses strategically located in France optimize delivery times and transport costs according to the location of your event. Thanks to a north-south dynamic, in the Paris region as well as throughout the country, GL events relies on local stocks via regional agencies, to be as close as possible to events. Located in Île-de-France, Lyon, Cannes and Toulouse, these centers offer logistical proximity, limiting transport volumes.

Vehicle fleet

GL events Mobilier has its own fleet of semi-trailers and tractors, as well as vehicles adapted to the secure transport of furniture. With the gradual transition of our fleet to Crit'Air 1 trucks, we are aiming to improve the energy efficiency of our vehicles by adopting more environmentally-friendly modes of transport. Today, we are already equipped with a truck tractor running on Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), and 4 20m³ trucks. As for light vehicles, the installation of electric charging stations at our sites in the Paris region is encouraging the transition to cleaner energies.

Advanced technologies

Our Gonesse platform is equipped with a warehouse management software package developed for the Group. It enables us to manage inventories in real time and optimize site delivery circuits. We also use tools to ensure optimal traceability and efficiency of our deliveries.
